This agreement may change anytime and becomes effective upon notice to you as a member. Please read it carefully as it contains important information about using arabium.com services.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 18 years of age to join Arabium.com.

REGISTRATION: You give us the right to terminate your account for any reason we feel is appropriate. When this happens, you will be notified. Your profile and any other information you provide my not contain any vulgar, offensive, sexually explicit, or material prohibited by law. You agree not to have more than one profile at a time. You agree not to use the system for marketing or promotional purposes.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD: The username and password you chose or the one we provide you is to be solely used by you and only you. You may not share it with any other third party. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

ONLINE CONDUCT: Your are solely responsible for the information you publish, display on this service or transmit to other members. You will not post or transmit to other members or employees any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive or illegal material.

You will not display as part of your profile or in the chat room any contact information including your last names, telephone numbers, email addresses, street addresses. You will not post any sexually oriented pictures. Arabium.com reserves the right to remove any profile that violates these prohibitions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Arabium.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Arabium.com Service.

INDEMNITY: You agree to indemnify and hold Arabium.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be made at discretion of management.

PAYMENTS: Our current third party billing partners are Worldpay.com and 2Checkout.com. We use these services to collect your membership fees. We are not responsible for any errors, fraud, or any other damages that may result from using any form of payment online. All payments are final and non-refundable. Some subscriptions are recurring and automatically renewable. You must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the new billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle. To cancel send an email to accounts@arabium.com or login and cancel from the home page.
