Are you Using Correct Login Information?
If you are getting Error Message #3 (invalid username or password) you are not using the correct login information. If you forgot your login information see Retrieving Login Information

If you just signed up we have sent you the code and instructions to create your account. You can't use that code to login. You can only use it to create an account.

Is Your Browser Setup Properly?
If you're getting a message about cookies see Troubleshooting Cookies. Also make sure you're using the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you're still having problems with cookies try deleting them.

To Delete Cookies:

Internet Explorer 6.X
- Start Internet Explorer
- On the Tools menu click Internet Options
- Click Delete Cookies button
- Click Ok. Click Ok again.

If you're not seeing the navigation bar after you login you may need to enable Scripting.

To Enable Scripting:

Internet Explorer 5.X & 6.X
- Start Internet Explorer
- On the Tools menu click Internet Options
- Click Custom Level button
- Scroll down to Scripting
- Under Active Scripting check Enable - Click Ok. Click Ok again.
