| Q: I dont see the Navigation Bar when i login! |
A: You need to enable 'Active Scripting' on your browser to be able to see the navigation bar. If you are using Internet Explorer:- Click Tools, then click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll to the Scripting section
- Check Enable under Active scripting, Allow paste operations via script, and Scripting of Java applets.
- Click the OK button.

| Q: I dont see links, can't click links, can't go to profiles, dont see images... |
Are you running Norton Internet Security (NIS) or Norton Personal Firewall (NPF)? If yes go to CASE1. If no go to CASE 2
CASE 1: NIS or NPF is installed
- Open NIS or NPF from the desktop tray (near your clock)
- Click Options, and then click Internet Security (or Personal Firewall).
- Click Advanced Options.
- Click the Web tab.
- Click "Add Site."
- Type the URL www.arabium.com
- Click OK.
- In the left frame, click on Arabium.com.
- In the right frame, click the Active Content tab.

- If Script is set to Block, change the setting to Permit (or to "Allow all script to execute," depending on your NIS or NPF version).
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Look at the checkbox "Use these rules for Arabium.com".
- If the box is not checked, then this setting is not blocking referrer information. Continue with step 15.
- If the box is checked and the Referer box is set to Block, change the setting to Permit.
- Click Apply, and then click OK. This closes Advanced Options.
- Click OK again, and then close the program.
CASE 2: NIS and NPF are not installed
On Internet Explorer:
- Tools,Internet Options, Delete Files (all offline content)
- Tools,Internet Options,Advanced Tab,Restore Defaults button,Ok button
- Tools,Internet Options, Delete Cookies button, Ok button
- Tools,Internet Options, Delete Files button, Ok button
- Tools,Internet Options, Security, Default Level button

| Q: Can't go back to search results after viewing a profile |
A: If you can't go back to the list of search results after you view a profile, you may need to clear Internet Explorer's temporary files. On Internet Explorer:
- Tools,Internet Options, Delete Files (all offline content) |

| A: To update your profile, login, click on 'My Account/Update Account'. Make necessary changes then click 'Update' |

| Q: My Profile is not coming up in the Matchmaker. Why? |
| A: To bring you quality profiles, everytime a member updates a profile, it needs to get approved by the editorial team before posting. While this process is taking place, your profile will not be visible to others. This process is usually completed the same day. |

| Q: Can I change my username? |
| A: No. Once an account is created, the username can't be changed. |
| |
| Q: I don't have a digital photo. What to do? |

| Q: Can I Deactivate my Ad? |
| A: Yes. Login, My Account -> Activate/Deactive Account. Your ad will then be taken offline and no one will be able to access it or view it. |

| Q: How can I Close My Account? |
| A: Sometimes, when you become unavailable, you may want to disable your account. To do so, simply login and go to 'Activate/Deactivate Ad' option under 'My Account' menu. This will hide your ad from viewers and no one will be able to see it. Later on if you decide to show it again, login and uncheck it.
If you wish to be completely removed from the system and close your account, login and click Close Account under My Account menu. |

| Q: How Do I Cancel My Subscription? |
| A: Whenever you wish to cancel your subscription, login and click on My Account:Cancel Subscription. Make sure you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. |

| A: Yes. At least 48 hours BEFORE the end of the membership period, you must cancel to avoid being rebilled when the period ends.

| A: For your safety, we don't store your credit card information on our systems. In fact we don't even have access to it. Instead we use the world largest and most used third billing services Worldpay.com, and 2Checkout.com

| Q: I searched for my profile in the matchmaker but it doesn't come up! What's happening? |
| A: Everytime your profile is updated, it is reviewed by the Editorial Team. Once it is uproved it gets posted and is accessible from searches. |

| Q: How to Video/Audio Chat? |
- In Public Chat

Publish your Video/Audio
In a chat room there is a webcam icon in the top menu. (see the 1st mark in picture above) Move the mouse over the button, a tip will appear saying "Publish my video", seeing picture 2 below.

Click the icon, a video window will popup, with one line: Send Audio/Video.
Click this line to publish your own audio/video.

Video Window Configuration
Move the mouse to the botton right of the video window,you will see a mini arrow showing this window is resizable.Drag the window to the size you want.
The blue bar at the right side of the video is the volume bar,
which shows the volume of microphone and speaker.
Configure the volume this way:
Right click on the video window-> setting-> microphone
View other users' Audio/Video
You will see the webcam icon next to the user's name in the user list if he/she already published his/her audio/video.(see the 2nd mark in the picture 1)
Click Chat icon to see this user
After you've published your video, other users will see a webcam icon behind your name
- In Private Chat
If you would rather publish your own video to a specific user instead of the whole chat lobby,activate a private chat window by double clicking on a user,the "Publish my video" webcam icon will appear in the menu above the input area.

This way only the current private chat window user can see your video - but no one else.
If the receiver decides to show you their video, they need to to click on the same button

| Q: I am not a Premium Member. Can I still contact other users? |
| A: If you don't have premium membership you can still reply to users who contact you (not including generic hello messages). You cannot however initiate contact. To reply, you have to click the 'Reply' button from the received message itself. |

| A: You are free to send your email to other users, HOWEVER, it's strictly forbiden to disclose email and other contact information as part of your profile (personal ad). Failure to comply could result the removal of your account. |

| Q: What standard time does arabium use |
| A: Arabium.com operates on the Eastern Standard Time. This corresponds to the time used in the Eastern US coast (EST). EST = GMT - 4hrs |

| A: No. You must use the online form and run the matchmaker to find the person you're looking for. |
